Resilience is also known as “bouncebackability” and it’s a totally learnable skill. In this virtual course, run in collaboration with Wild Monday we focus on building awareness and practical skills to support yourself and others, cope with stress, and strengthen your resilience as a healthcare professional.

While we may not be able to change or remove the external factors impacting ourselves and our teams, we can improve how we respond to challenges and manage their effects, thereby enhancing teamwork and collaboration in clinical settings.
